Handcrafted sweet wine jams produced in Jumilla region, Murcia, a winery area recognized by a P.D.O. The jams are made from two different grapes: Moscatel, of yellowish color, and Monastrell, of dark red color.
Totally handcrafted, these jams contain no alcohol, although they do keep the full flavor of the wine.
Fantastic with any kind of cheese, they are also great with foie or as a companion for red. In desserts, these sweet jams also enhance the flavors of fruits and chocolates.
