Since 1989, our family-run farm has revived the tradition of Aragonese cheese manufacturing. Patacabra cheese is an artisanal rustic farm-house goat cheese, aged for about 45 days.
It has a rustic appearance with a washed rind that is pungent, tangy and aromatic. The taste is fruity and refined with a kick at the end.
It pairs beautifully with crusty breads, nuts, membrillo (quince paste), and fresh fruit but it is also delicious with eggplant. Serve with red wine.
